Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments (“no-shows”) may lead to forfeiture of deposits.

For hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted on opened or used hair products or extensions.
If a product is defective or incorrectly supplied, please notify us within 7 days for an exchange or store credit.
